<p><em>pour 2 personnes</em></p>
<p><em>Pour le bol :</em></p>
<p>– 1 gros potiron ou grosse courge<br />
– 1 c. à café d’huile de noix de coco</p>
<p><em>Pour la garniture :</em></p>
<p>– 3 grosses c. à soupe de yaourt au soja<br />
– 1 grande banane<br />
– 2 c. à café bombées de beurre de noisettes<br />
– Une poignée de noisettes<br />
– 2 grosses c. à soupe de graines de chanvre<br />
– 3 grosses c. à soupe de flocons de noix de coco<br />
– Une pincée de cannelle<br />
– Sirop d’érable<br />
– Optionnel (mais délicieux) : granola au matcha fait maison</p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Préparation :</span></h2>
<p>Préchauffer le four à 180 °C.<br />
Couvrir une plaque de cuisson avec du papier sulfurisé.<br />
Laver le potiron, le couper en deux et en retirer les graines pour lui donner la forme d’un bol.<br />
Verser par-dessus un filet d’huile de noix de coco, déposer le potiron sur la plaque de cuisson et l’enfourner pendant 30 à 40 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que la chair devienne tendre.<br />
Durant la cuisson, hacher les noisettes et les faire griller à la poêle avec les graines de chanvre et les flocons de noix de coco pendant 10 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que les noisettes soient d’un brun doré.<br />
Sortir le potiron du four et le garnir avec les ingrédients, comme s’il s’agissait d’un bol ordinaire : incorporer le yaourt au soja et la banane coupée en morceaux, napper de beurre de noisettes et de sirop d’érable, et recouvrir le tout avec le mélange grillé de noisettes, de graines de chanvre et de flocons de noix de coco.</p>
<p><strong>Notre conseil :</strong> N’hésitez pas à ajouter le granola au matcha de Freeletics ou quelques fruits secs si vous le souhaitez…</p>
